Ryan Ross & John Riker vs Scottie Snow & Jacob Collins

Tag-Team Match

The first match of the night begins with Jacob Collins and Scotty Snow coming down the ramp. In the ring already is the new team of Ryan Ross & John Riker. Snow and Collins reach the ring, and Snow stays on the apron as Collins gets in the ring. Riker starts for his side. The beginning of the match was back and forth as each man attempted to feel out his opponent. Collins slight experience finally let him take advantage of a slip up by Riker. Collins lifts Riker up as if going for a power bomb, but Riker gets his feet under his, and lands standing in front of Collins. Out of nowhere he nails the Mark of the Dark Spot. Riker attempts a pin, but Snow breaks it up. A clusterfuck breaks out, but the ref asserts himself and the mess ends with Snow and Ross as the legal men. Again, a back and forth feeling out. But, in a moment of intense back and forth, Collins nails Ross from behind. Snow looks peaked, and signals for the Snow Plow. Ross stands, Snow takes off, and Ross moves. Collins gets plowed, and Snow turns to get nailed by the Devil’s poison! Snow stumbles back into the Blackout from Riker, and…blacks out.

Winners: John Riker and Ryan Ross

El Rey de Corazones vs Emperor Ian

Eric Emerson: “Ladies and Gentlemen, this next match is scheduled for ONE FALLL! Introducing first...”

"Imperial March" plays but this time there is no fancy lights or spectacular entrance. The Emperor simply marches quickly down the aisle wearing a hooded robe. Chancellor Maxim and Lord Spalding walk in front of him, while General Jock walks behind. Maxim and Spalding hold the ropes for him and the latter takes his robe.

Eric Emerson: “Making his way to the ring. from Imperial County, California, weighing in tonight at Two hundred and two pounds...EMPEROR IAN!!!”

Brian Rentfro: ”Emperor Ian looks ready for bussiness”

Jon McDaniel: “If he were like that a long time ago, he wouldn’t have had this losing streak”

There is an overwhelming amount of jeers for the emperor tonight, Ian jumps onto the southeast turnbuckle. He motions to Spalding to hand him a mic. Spalding obediantly complies by ripping the mic from Emerson’s hand and handing it to Ian.

Emperor Ian: “ Insolate dogs! You shall rue the day of your insubordination. Tonight, El Rey shall be the whipping boy, and he shall squirm for your misdeeds”

Brian Rentfro: “Well Ian’s temper sure hasn’t improved.”

Jon McDaniel: “Did you expect it to?”

Ian jumps down and throws the mic back to Emerson his face bearing a look of venom. Leaning back against the turnbuckle the Emperor awaits his opponent.

As the latin rhythms of "Baila Casanova" by Paulina Rubio begin to play El Rey de Corazones emerges from the entrance curtains in his ring gear this time however, the jacket and sombrero were missing. There is no dancing, and no flower tossing. Just them waving as they make their way down the ramp

Eric Emerson: “And the opponent, from Villahermosa, Tobasco, Mexico, weighing in at two hundred and forty-five pounds. EL REY DE CORAZONES!!!”

When they reach the bottom of the ramp Montaña finally begins to toss flowers into the audience. El Rey makes a bee line to the ring, sliding under the ring and to the center, ready for the match.

Brian Rentfro: “El Rey has to prove himself tonight”

Jon McDaniel: “Yeah, I bet he feels pretty naked without that Grizzly Beer Title”

The referee looks to both opponents determining if they are ready or not, he then steps to the center and points to the timekeeper to ring the bell

Both men saunter to the center of the ring, at first sizing each other up before they promenade around the center the ring. El Rey starts the offensive by slipping behind Ian and grabbing his right arm, quickly he wrenches it behind his back applying a hammerlock. El Rey rams his shoulder into the arm of Ian. Ian is brought down to one knee as El Rey applies more pressure on the hold. Ian finally manages to will himself to his feet, only for El Rey to spin him around and nail a snapmare, sending him to the mat once more landing in a seated position. El Rey squats to one knee and tries to apply a quick chinlock. Ian, however slips out of the move and pushes El Rey down to both knees by wrenching his left arm behind his back. Ian pulls El Rey back to his feet, now cinched in a tight hammerlock. El Rey slips out of the hold and quickly drops to the mat hitting a drop toe hold. Capitalizing on Ian’s prone position, Rey grabs both of Ian’s legs and crosses them over each other. Noticing just how close Ian is to the southern ropes, he pulls Ian by the legs to the center of the of the ring. With the ropes now being a long journey, El Rey puts his weight upon Ian’s legs and leans forward.

Brian Rentfro: “Well looks like we start off with some chain wrestling. Always a nice touch”

Jon McDaniel: “I just wonder how long Ian is going to keep it clean”

Ian tries to will himself out of the hold by raising his upper body up off the canvas. But he collapses back to the mat from the extra weight upon his back. Letting out a deep breath, Ian manages to push himself off the canvas completely and pushes El Rey away with his feet. Quickly, he slaps on a side headlock on El Rey.

The crafty El Rey drops to the mat and nails Ian with a reverse schoolboy, making Ian land face first. Once again El Rey works on the legs by grapevineing them once more, the move together with his arms locking in a Texas cloverleaf. El Rey drops the hold and works over the left leg with a step in toehold. Once the move was securely locked in, El Rey dropped forward and cinched in a face lock as well, bending Ian body into uncomfortable angles. Ian grabs a hold of El Rey’s right wrist, desperately trying to loosen the face lock. In which he succeeds, but only for a while as El Rey slaps in back on, the lock much tighter this time. El Rey loosens the toe hold, but keeps the face lock applied. Taking advantage of El Rey’s readjusting, Ian manages to slip out of the hold and reverse it into a grounded hammerlock.

Brian Rentfro: “Some crafty maneuvering from Ian to get out of that submission hold.

El Rey begins to will himself back to his feet, but the hammerlock seemed to not have any give. That is until Ian changes the move into a front face lock. Feeling confidant, Ian slips the front face lock into a an arm wringer on El Rey’s right arm. El Rey uses his strength to get out of the hold, Ian tried to fight back, he just wound up on the losing side of a knuckle lock, leading into a test of strength. With the forty-three pound disadvantage Ian knew he could not be the victor of that test. And he proves to be crafty himself by rolling forward, hitting El Rey in the chest with both of his legs. It broke the knucklelock, and the momentum from Ian’s maneuver sending El Rey into the ropes in a seated position. Ian jumps to his feet and launches a kick to the prone gut of El Rey. El Rey backs up, but not quickly enough to avoid a forearm to the face from Ian. A bit flustered, El Rey strikes back with a kick to the gut, quickly followed by a forearm of his own, causing Ian to double over. Ian gets back up to a fully erect position once more, only to be struck by yet another forearm. Ian, obviously tired of getting battered rakes the eyes of El Rey. With the moment hesitation from El Rey, Ian capitalizes with a snapmare. Once El rey was to the mat, Ian got dirty by stomping on the face of El Rey and executing a spinning boot scrape.

Brian Rentfro: “Looks like Ian couldn’t keep it clean for very long”

Jon McDaniel: “ I said that when the match started”

El Rey gets back to one knee and Ian pushes him back into the southern ropes and attempts to whip him into the northern ropes parallel to them. But, El Rey counters and throws Ian into the ropes instead. Ian rebounds off the ropes and is caught by a vicious looking POWERSLAM!! El Rey follows up with a pin.
1! 2!

Brian Rentfro: “Ouch! Shook the rafters”

Jon McDaniel: “Looks like El Rey got a small measure of revenge from that”

Ian kicks out of the pin and slowly gets to his feet. But before he could even think of his next move, El Rey hits a snapmare forcing Ian into a seated position. El Rey quickly applies a head scissors, cutting off the air to Ian. Ian struggles to get out of the hold, but it seems futile as the ref kneels down, asking him if he wants to tap out. Ian answers with a resounding “No” as he struggles once more to get out of the hold. And he finally does by rolling to his stomach, causing El Rey to do the same. This made it much easier for Ian to slip right out and grape vine both of El Rey’s legs. Not done, Ian reaches for the arms of El Rey now having a mexican surf board locked in. Ian quickly has the move changed up by letting go of El Rey’s arms and locks in a chin lock. El Rey was now very uncomfortable as his neck was bent back, but luckily the ropes are right behind him. El Rey reaches back and grabs the ropes. The ref comes forward and tells Ian that El Rey has a hold of the ropes, but Ian simply ignores it. With no other choice the ref counts.

Brian Rentfro: “Ian risks disqualification with that tactic”

Jon McDaniel: “He’s simply trying to milk as much out of the move as possible. I bet those extra four seconds weakened El Rey considerably”

Ian finally drops the hold, pushing EL Rey off of him. El Rey tries to stumble back to his feet, but was sent back down to his knees by a running forearm to the small of his back. El Rey crawls to the northwestern turnbuckle, finally pulling himself to his feet. Ian continues to the work on El Rey’s back by ramming his shoulder once again into the small. Once, twice, thrice the shoulders came until Ian finally ends the barrage. But continues to assault the lower back with a forearm. With a head full of steam Ian backs up, then charges hitting El Rey with a dropkick to the back, causing El Rey’s face to bounce off the top pad. El Rey staggers to the center of the ring and Ian capitalizes by hitting a snap mare. Ian gets behind Behind El Rey. Ian reaches under the El Rey's arms and locks his hands behind the his back. The El Rey's arms are pushed back behind Ian, the attacker rests his head on the back of the El Rey's neck. Ian then jumps over El Rey's body landing on his feet in a bridge, applying pressure to El Reys's neck by pushing it forward. Locking in The Scavenger's Daughter. The ref drops down to the mat to get a better view of the hold, to see if El Rey taps.

Brian Rentfro: “The Scavenger’s Daughter! El Rey might tap!”

Jon McDaniel: “What the hell kind of move name is that?”

El Rey refuses to tap out from the hold, much to Ian’s chagrin. Ian finally drops the hold, looking down on El Rey, seething. Ian grabs El Rey by the neck and begins to pull him to his feet. El Rey finally manages to mount an offensive of Ian by ramming a shoulder into his gut. A forearm to the gut follows the shoulder and then a fore arm to the face. Ian staggers backwards into the northeast turnbuckle, El Rey grabs hold of Ian’s left arm and whips him into the opposite corner. El Rey charges and splashes onto Ian. Ian staggers out of the corner and El Rey puts Ian into a front chancery, he heaves him up and lands with a crisp snap suplex. El Rey quickly hovers over for a pin.

Ian starts to slowly get to his feet, only to be struck by a european uppercut from El Rey, causing him to stagger back into the corner. El Rey closes the gap between them by nailing a huge knee to the gut. El Rey whips Ian into the cover and charges, going for a huge knee lift. But Ian moves out of the way just in time , causing him to hit nothing but turnbuckle. El Rey lands on his back, holding his knee . Ian takes advantage of his downed opponent and crosses El Rey’s legs into a figure four leg lock. A British figure four leg lock to be exact. El Rey’s shoulders touch the mat as the pain from the move shoots through him.

Brian Rentfro: ”Wow, it’s been a while since I seen a British figure four leg lock. “

Jon McDaniel: “ It’s not that great”

El Rey defiantly throws a shoulder up to break the pin. El Rey manages to roll over, trapping Ian’s legs within his own. Luckily for Ian, the ropes are right in front of him and he grabs them. El Rey breaks the hold obediently. Both men get to their feet, breathing heavily, their gaze unbroken between each other. El Rey steps forward and raises a hand to challenge a test of strength. Ian refuses by shoving El Rey. El Rey counters with a push of his own. El Rey then tries to nail Ian with a discus lariat but it is cut short by a forearm from Ian. Ian throws El Rey into the ropes and on the rebound, nails El Rey in the chest with an elbow, sending him to the mat. El Rey sits up and Ian hooks El Rey’s left arm with leg and the other with his right arm . Ian rolls through with an Oklahoma roll!

El Rey kicks out. El Rey is on his knees as Ian hovers over and sits on El Rey’s back and rolls through with another pin.

Both men scramble to their feet as Ian charges forward, but El Rey lowers his shoulder and forces Ian to the mat with a double leg takedown, which he bridges into a pin hooking both legs.

Brian Rentfro: “What a scramble for the three count!”

Jon McDaniel: “I’m not the only one wanting this match over with”

Both men scramble to their feet once more. El Rey mounts the offense first by whipping Ian into the ropes and on the rebound, nailing him with a back body drop. Ian rolls onto his knees, catching his breath. El Rey runs to the ropes and slips out of the ring, onto the apron. Before Ian could get to his feet, El Rey springboards back into the ring and lands a knee drop across his back. Ian collapses back to the mat as El Rey rolls him over and hooks a leg.

Brian Rentfro: “What a devastating knee drop!”

Jon McDaniel: “He’s going to feel that after a hang over”

Ian manages to kick out and get back to his feet. El Rey gets to Ian and tries to whip him into the ropes. But Ian retaliates with a right hand. This sparks an exchange between the two, El Rey prevailing and whipping Ian into the ropes like he intended. On the rebound Ian suffers another back body drop. But this time Ian scrambles to his feet quickly and whips El Rey into the ropes. On the rebound, Ian catches El Rey in a sleeper hold. El Rey wraps his arms around the neck of Ian and then heaves him into a crisp belly to belly suplex. Both men are on the ground, catching their breaths. El Rey finally manages to roll over and lay an arm across Ian’s chest.

They both get to their feet. El Rey quickly tries to tie up Ian into a front chancery. But Ian rolls through into a pin.

They both get to their feet, it seemed El Rey has gotten fed up with the whole thing, and as Ian approached, El Rey landed a short knee to the gut of Ian. El Rey motioned to the crowd for his finisher as he hooked both of Ian’s arms. Spalding jumps onto the apron, looking ready to interfere in the match. The ref comes forward and gets onto Spalding telling him to get down. All the while distracting him from El Rey driving Ian into the mat with a DANGEROUSSS TANGO PASADO DEL AMORRRR!! El Rey finally sees the end of this match and goes for the cover. The ref is still distracted by Spalding as the audience counts out the pin. They get to ten before the ref finds out what’s going on and drops to the ground.

Brian Rentfro: ”Aw what the hell? El Rey had this match”

Jon McDaniel: “Some one is getting a promotion from Ian”

Ian lifts his shoulder off the canvas, he owes Spalding big time for the distraction. Ian collects himself and pulls his body up via the ropes, leaning against the ropes. Spalding jumps to the corner and tries to talk Ian back into the match, but it seems he’s still to out of it from El Rey’s finisher. El Rey charges forward once more, but Ian counters with a rollup! Ian puts his legs on the ropes and grabs a handful of tights.

Ian hops to his feet, ecstatic over the losing streak being broken. He throws his arms up before the ref could even do so. Of course he discounted the fact that he cheated to get the win.

Eric Emerson: “Here is your winner EMPEROR IAAAANNN!!!”

Brian Rentfro: “Aw, come on! The ref is blind!”

Jon McDaniel: “Too late for him to gain sight now. This match is over.”

El Rey glares at Ian, knowing he cheated to win. But El Rey is more angry with himself, allowing him to be distracted enough to allow Ian the chance. EL Rey drops out of the ring and as Montana tries to console him, he brushes her off, leaving her shocked.

Jethro Hayes vs Vitaly Petrov

Eric Emerson: The following match is set for one fall with a fifteen minute time limit.

Brian Rentfro: I'm fixing to take a nap John.

John Jon McDaniel: You aren't going to call the match?

Brian Rentfro: Remind me again why I should.

John Jon McDaniel: Because you are getting paid to call it and if you don't, you'll be fired.

Brian Rentfro: Good point and well taken.

The cranking of a tractor is heard throughout the arena and the video entrance of Jethro Hayes begins playing over the big screen.
Cows moo, on the screen cows are shown in a green pasture. Pigs are oinking, on the screen pigs run around in mud within a fence. The scene on the screen
goes to rolling hills, showing combines in the field harvesting crops, tractors harrowing the ground preparing for the new crop; semi trucks are hauling
off the harvested crop. A man walks up the 3 steps and opens the door on the cab of his John Deere tractor, he is wearing a John Deere trucker hat, and
is missing a few teeth, evident by the grinning face he turns to the camera, he waves at the camera; it is part of a family video. He climbs on into the
cab of the tractor; along with the cranking of the tractor on the screen, the beginning of Thank God I'm a Country Boy by John Denver begins to play over
the speaker system.

~Well life on the farm is kinda laid back
~Aint much an old country boy like me cant hack
~Its early to rise, early in the sack
~Thank God Im a country boy

The curtains are pulled back by two people and the front of a John Deere 4720 tractor is seen in the backstage area, smoke boiling up from the muffler.

~Well a simple kinda life never did me no harm
~A raisin me a family and workin on a farm
~My days are all filled with an easy country charm
~Thank God Im a country boy

When the words "kinda laid back" are heard, the tractor begins moving forward slowly down the ramp the tractor is moving at about 3 miles an hour.

Eric Emerson: "From Lean Ox, Ga; weighing 315 pounds and standing at 6' 7"... Jethro Hayes!"

With the mentioning of his name, Jethro toots the tractor's horn inside the cab and waves to the crowd, he revs the tractor's engine slightly in response
to the crowd.

~Well I got me a fine wife I got me a fiddle
~When the suns comin up I got cakes on the griddle
~Life aint nothin but a funy funny riddle
~Thank God Im a country boy

The tractor arrives at the bottom of the ramp and Jethro stops the tractor, toots the horn while reving the tractor to full power; then he shuts the tractor
off. Jethro climbs out of the tractor to a huge pop, he waves and climbs down. Jethro is wearing overalls with a yellow John Deere shirt underneath, brown
Wolverine boots, and a John Deere hat.

~When the works all done and the suns settlin low
~I pull out my fiddle and I rosin up the bow
~The kids are asleep so I keep it kinda low
~Thank God Im a country boy
~Id play sally goodin all day if I could
~But the lord and my wife wouldnt take it very good
~So I fiddle when I could, work when I should
~Thank God Im a country boy

He touches a few fans hands on his way to the ring steps. He climbs up the steps and gets into the ring He walks to one corner and waves to those fans.

~Well I got me a fine wife I got me a fiddle
~When the suns comin up I got cakes on the griddle
~Life aint nothin but a funy funny riddle
~Thank God Im a country boy

He walks to another corner and waves to those fans, nodding along with the music.

~Well I wouldnt trade my life for diamonds and jewels
~I never was one of them money hungry fools
~Iid rather have my fiddle and my farmin tools
~Thank God Im a country boy

He walks to the third corner and waves to those fans with thumbs up in the air, still nodding along with the music; he mimics playing a fiddle.

~Yeah, city folk drivin in a black limousine
~A lotta sad people thinkin thats mighty keen
~Son, let me tell ya now exactly what I mean
~Thank God Im a country boy

Reaching the fourth corner, he takes off his hat and throws it into the crowd; shaking his head he prepares for the match.

~Well I got me a fine wife I got me a fiddle
~When the suns comin up I got cakes on the griddle
~Life aint nothin but a funy funny riddle
~Thank God Im a country boy
The song fades away slowly with the chorus repeating while it dwindles into silence.

Brian Rentfro: What a treat, a hick and a Russian.

John Jon McDaniel: Racist on both remarks there Brian.

Brian Rentfro: What do you respect all these two talked about was respect and honor.

John Jon McDaniel: Two qualities that are hard to find in this sport anymore.

Brian Rentfro: This is going to be one boring ass match.

You're going to get up and scream,
"I'm already dead, I'm already dead"
You're going to get up and burn an 'X' in your head

"Real Solution #9" by White Zombie hits the PA system as Vitaly Petrov walks out. Yellow pyros to his right sky rocket into the air, and red pyros to the
left do the same. He begins his descent to the ring.

Eric Emerson: Introducing now, hailing from Samara, Russia...

Come on - come on the motherfucker's on fire
He cut through the bone, he cut through the wire!
Come on - come on the motherfucker's on fire
He cut through the bone, he cut through the wire!

Vitaly is dressed in crimson red trunks with a yellow snake-pattern down each side. He has on a dark blue fitted longsleeve shirt, showing his muscle definition
in his abs, chest, and arms. He reaches the ring, not paying much attention to the fans.

Eric Emerson: He weighs two hundred and thirty nine pounds and stands six feet three inches...

Vitaly climbs into the ring and begins to warm up for his match.

Eric Emerson: He is.. VITALY PETROV!!!

Vitaly raises his right arm up, keeping his head down, and begins to jog in place, waiting for the match to begin.

John Jon McDaniel: This matchup will not have any cheating in it.

Brian Rentfro: Of course not, they rrrreeeessssppppeeeecccctttt each other too much.

John Jon McDaniel: What is wrong with that?

Brian Rentfro: Doesn't make for a very interesting match.

Vitaly and Jethro stand in center ring, each extends a hand; they shake and nod at each other. Jethro and Vitaly lock up with the traditional collar and elbow tie up. Jethro forces Vitaly backwards, Vitaly begins to force Jethro back to a vertical position. Neither man is gaining an advantage in the early going in this test of strength. Jethro goes to loosen the hold and Vitaly snatches the oppurtunity, he floats behind Jethro locking his arm around Jethro's neck and apllies a sleeper hold

Brian Rentfro: Jethro going to do what the fans here are goind to do.

John Jon McDaniel: Oh, will you stop it.

Jethro drops down to the mat heavily, driving Vitaly's chin into the top of his head and the sleeper is broken immediately as Vitaly holds onto his chin. Shooting up to his feet quickly, Jethro delivers a short clothesline, Vitaly ducks under. Turning around Vitaly hooks Jethro up in a half nelson; he slams his opponent down to the mat with verocity. Jethro bounces on the mat and Vitaly drops to Jethro's ankle quickly applying an ankle lock trying to wear a vital part of the big man down.

John Jon McDaniel: Vitaly going to wear the big man down.

Brian Rentfro: Why must the front office book two fan favorites in a match against each other?

John Jon McDaniel: The fans want to see it and neither man has a problem with it.

Brian Rentfro: Yeah, that whole respect bulls*bleep*t.

Jethro kicks back, but Vitaly avoids the blow, still holding in the ankle lock submission hold. Jethro turns, but Vitaly prevents the roll over. Jethro pushes up on his forearms and tries to crawl, but Vitaly prevents him from moving more than an inch. Jethro kicks back and connects with a mule kick to Vitaly's face; the hold is broken as Vitaly holds at his chin once again. Vitaly hops up to a vertical base and hits the ropes charging back at Jethro who has also gotten up and is charging at the oncoming Vitaly. Jethro is going for a clothesline, Vitaly is going for a clothesline, they both hit their clotheslines and both men are down on the mat.

John Jon McDaniel: Did you see the ring shake from the impact?

Brian Rentfro(sleepy voice): Huh? What?

Both men get first to their knees then back to a vertical base, they once again nod at each other. Collar and elbow tie up, Vitaly with a boot to Jethro's midsection doubling him over at the waist. Vitaly quickly following with a smooth DDT and Jethro's head connects with the mat. Vitaly makes the first cover of the match.

ONE... TWO... T-- NO! Jethro rolls Vitaly off of the pin easily and this match continues.

Brian Rentfro: D*bleep*n, it was nearly over.

John Jon McDaniel: Will you just call the match?

Brian Rentfro: What do you think I am doing?

Jethro up to a vertical base quickly, as is his opponent Vitaly. Jethro is aiming for another clothesline, but Vitaly counters with a belly to belly suplex. Vitaly is turning red faced as he struggles with Jethro's weight and as Jethro rains down elbow shots trying to break the hold. Jethro is up, over, and down! Vitaly holds at his lower back as he gets up to his feet. Vitaly falls into the ropes and decides to use the momentum from the ropes and delivers a leg drop across the throat of Jethro Hayes. Vitaly is up and drops a double axe handle smash across Jethro's chest and makes a cover.

ONE... TWO... TH--NO! Jethro kicks out.

John Jon McDaniel: Vitaly with a near pin there.

Brian Rentfro: Um... yeah.

Bending down, Vitaly pulls Jethro up to his feet. Vitaly Irish whips Jethro into the ropes. Jethro reverses the Irish whip and now Vitaly is sent running into the ropes Jethro with a high knee lift as Vitaly makes his return. Vitaly ducks under the partially affective high knee lift and spins around planting Jethro with a spinning spinebuster down to the mat. He goes for another ankle lock, but before he is able to lock it in, Jethro nails another mule kick and Vitaly is sent through the ropes to the outside and onto the floor. Jethro lays there on the mat. On the outside Vitaly is up to his knees and holding at his lower back. It has to be hurting from lifting Jethro for a belly to belly suplex and a spinebuster. He uses the ring apron to lift himself back to his feet and looks up to see Jethro standing there holding the ropes open for him.

Brian Rentfro: I wouldn't trust that Vitaly.

John Jon McDaniel: Why not? Jethro is a man of his word.

Brian Rentfro: Never trust a hick.

Vitaly looks at the open ropes, looks at Jethro, and looks at the fans asking if they think he can trust Jethro this much. He looks back at Jethro and teh open ropes and decides to trust Jethro as he rolls in. Jethro extends a hand and helps Vitaly to his feet, they nod at each other and lock up once again; now in the middle of the ring. Vitaly having gained the advantage of the past two lockups is confident he will get this one. Jethro with a quick duck, grab of Vitaly's wrist, and a go behind. Vitaly is in a behind the back wristlock and Jethro wrenches up on the wrist, hurting the shoulder. Vitaly ducks and moves backwards, he reverses the wristlock and now Jethro is hooked in the behind the back wristlock. Jethro takes a page out of Vitaly's book and reverses the hold once more and they are near the ropes now. Jethro lifts Vitaly up into the air and falls back against the ropes. He uses the momentum and performs a running atomic drop onto Vitaly who clutches at his lower back as Jethro's knee makes contact. Jethro dives forward with a head of steam and takes Vitaly down to the mat with a running bulldog. Vitaly is down on the mat breathing heavily, Jethro is kneeling down into a three point stance and is also breathing heavily. Jethro charges as Vitaly gets up to his feet.

Vitaly shoves Jethro on past him and Jethro's shoulder connects with the corner ringpost. He comes out of the corner woozy and holding his shoulder. Vitaly takes the given oppurtunity and scoops Jethro up onto his shoulder and then lowers him so that his head is between his thighs, his arms locked around Jethro's waist. He uses one arm to cross Jethro's legs to make an 'X'. He backs up into the corner. He takes off to the center of the ring, jumps, and executes a big-time piledriver.

John Jon McDaniel: THE HAMMER!

Brian Rentfro: I don't think anyone has ever gotten up from that.

ONE... TWO... THRE/DING/Shoulder up/ DING! DING!

Brian Rentfro: What happened!!?

Vitaly is up, raising his own hand, but the ref pulls it down. He looks shocked and the ref has a quick word with Eric Emerson.

Eric Emerson: The ref has informed me, that the time limit expired before the three count. The match is a DRAW!

Jon McDaniel: WOW! Can you believe that!?

Brian Rentfro: That's not all, on the replay, you can see Jethro's shoulder coming up! If the bell hadn't rung, it may not have been a three!

Jon McDaniel: So, in essence, we have no idea who would have won! These two will have to go at it again, and very soon!

Brian Rentfro: What a match that is going to be!

Jacob Figgins vs Viktor Stone

Brian Rentfro: Well Stone is already in the ring waiting for Jacob coming down.

Jon McDaniel: I don’t know about you, but Stone looks like shit.

Brian Rentfro: Then by all means, why don’t you go to the ring and tell him.

Jon McDaniel: Well, I would but here come Jacobs.

The lights in the venue dim as a hand becomes visible throwing the entrance curtain open. And out comes the Celtic Fury receiving a mixed reaction from the audience as "Battle Song" blares into the speakers.

Hear the sound of swords fulfill the night
Feel the winds of death on your skin
See the arrows fly, flaming in the sky
Hear the screams of men, as they die

At the top of the entrance aisle, Figgins turns his back to the audience outstretching both of his arms and leaning back. Finally he spins on one foot and spits energy drink onto the aisle infront of him. Letting his arms fall back down to his side he began his trek towards the squared circle

We won this battle with might and fearless hearts
We came and we fulfilled our prophecy
So now we shall march back towards our kingdom
With heads up high and glimmering eyes
we returned with our glory

"Making his way to the ring... Weighing in at 267 pounds...He is the Celtic Fury...JACOB FIGGINS! "

Silence now falls upon this blood red field
Vultures feasting with the flesh of dead bodies
"This is a great moment for all of us
but now its time to head back home victorious"

The lights returned to normal and Figgins raised his head letting the audience's eyes grace him. Looking from left to right, a smirk crawled across the features of Figgins as he runs up the ring steps and walks along the apron taking a swig of his energy drink before putting the bottle down next to the southeast turnbuckle. He leaned against the ropes outstretching his arms once more and spraying a light mist onto the floor outside the ring.

We won this battle with might and fearless hearts
We came and we fulfilled our prophecy
So now we shall march back towards our kingdom
With heads up high and glimmering eyes
we returned with our glory

Finally entering the ring, via the top and middle ropes, Figgins turns on one foot and extends his arms for a final time acting as if it was a privilege to the audience to watch him perform in the squared circle and within the venue itself. Dropping his arms he takes off his ring jacket and throws it outside of the ring to get prepared for his upcoming bout.

*Ding, Ding*

Both men met in the middle of the ring. As Stone goes for a lock up, he is greeted with a brutal high knee from Figgins. Stone stumbles back into the corner and Figgins just starts fires shots at him. Jacob steps back as Stone staggers out of the corner only to be dropped by a jumping heel kick. Stone hits the ground hard and Figgins is on top of Stone firing down elbows and forearms.

Brian Rentfro: It looks like Stone wasn’t expecting this type of fight from Jacobs.

Jon McDaniel: Mistakes…that has been the downfall of his career.

Jacob picks Stone up and fires him into the ropes. As Stone comes off the ropes he ducks the boot attempt by Jacob, but is nearly beheaded as Jacob follows it up with a clothesline. Stone is nearly flipped inside out. Jacob starts to measure up Stone as he slowly tries to get to his feet. Figgins crosses his Stone’s arms in front of his throat and lifts him hitting a Urenage suplex.

Brian Rentfro: MEAD OF KVASIR!!!!!

Jon McDaniel: Did you see the way his head hit the mat.

Figgins stomps on the mat screaming that he is going to end this match. Figgins picks up Stone who nails a quick low blow. Figgins staggers and Stone goes to wrap him up for the Verge of Sanity. But something catches Stone’s eye. Out from the crowd and over the guardrailing comes Razzior. The crowd starts to buzz as Stone lets go of Jacob and starts top yell at the big man. As the big man gets closer to the ring, Stone starts to back up. Suddenly Stone is turned around and BAM!!!!

Jon McDaniel: Figgins drops down for the 3 count…

Figgins rolls out the ring with his hands in the hand, celebrating his win. As Stone and Razzior lock eyes with each other. Raizzor actually smiles slightly, his eyes bright as he knows Stone is not focused as he should be. Just one week to go, and Stone knows he's in for the fight of his life.

Enika Engel vs Kyle Stevenson

As we return from Commercial, Kyle Stevenson is already in the ring when Enika Engel makes her grand entrance. She doesn't exactly look happy as she steps into the ring, with Thunderwolf keeping an eye out at ringside for any surprises. The bell rings and the two lock up, but Enika trips Stevenson up, and works him over with all the frustrations of an angry woman denied her world title bid. In about 45 seconds, Enika throws Stevenson into the corner, and as he comes out, she utilizes her speed and skill and connects with the Thoughts of a Dying Athiest. A solid cover and a three count earns Enika a victory.

Winner: Enika Engel

After the match, as Enika goes to leave, she looks up to see Jamie Flynn on the ramp. He mock claps a couple times and then disappears. Enika and Thunderwolf share a look before Rampage goes to commercial.

Malicious vs Amber Rose Churchill

Back from commercial, the next match featured Malicious defending his TV title for only the second time against the newcommer Amber Rose Churchill. Amber's promise to win every match for her fans, seemed to be in position to be kept, as she tripped up Malicious who was expecting a different kind of match. Amber kept even with Malicious, until he got serious and removed any idea that Amber was a pleasantly striking young woman. All business, no chivalry saw Malicious hit a hard clothesline followed by his Insane DDT, but just from the canvas, which is enough to score the 1-2-3 and retain the TV title.

Winner: Malicious

After the match, Malicious helped Amber to her feet and then left the ring.

Phoenix, Riona & Hunter vs Flynn, Lazarus & Chamelion

With the sound of the bell, introductions of the main event began. The challengers came out first, with Chamelion, then Corey Lazarus and finally Jamie Flynn.

Next, the champions were introduced. Hunter Sullivan came out, climbing into the ring and watching Chamelion the entire time. Second, Riona Langly walked down, stepped up the steel stairs and came to stand beside Hunter.

Then, The Final Countdown began, and everyone looked up as The Phoenix truly kept his word and appeared, coming down from the rafters with a gold cape and the PWA World Title around his waist.

As everyone watched, Chamelion rushed Hunter and speared him out of the ring!

Jon: Chamelion on the attack!!!

Brian: But the match hasn’t even started!!

Chamelion and Hunter begin brawling up the ramp, not caring about the match or each other’s well being! The ref looks confused as Phoenix clears his harness and as Riona, Flynn and Lazarus watch the brawling duo disappear backstage, Rob orders the ref to call for the bell.

With the bell ringing Rob takes quick advantage spurting across the ring to a distracted Flynn clubbing him a few times with elbows and knees forcing him down to the matt. Riona takes this as a symbol to be on the apron, and doesn’t argue keeping an eye on Lazarus who gets on the apron himself, oddly not helping Flynn, or rather not oddly at all. Rob takes his advantage and brings Flynn to his feet pushing him into the turnbuckle and rapidly sends in chops, all until Flynn retaliates. Jamie sends out a toe kick and switches the positions sending in some nice harsh fist shots getting the advantage rather quickly. Rob stays tune to his ways finding an escape thumbing the contender in the eye. Flynn staggers back letting Rob boost himself in the corner and kick his feet up in a sort of drop kick. Jamie drops to the mat, and instead of capitalizing on the blinded opponent Rob opts to his corner of the ring tagging Riona on the shoulder.

John: well he wasn’t in there very long at all.

Brian: After losing his initial advantage our world champ tagged out to safety.

Riona blinks in response and grows a tad irritated, if teaming with Rob wasn’t an irritant enough she has to deal with his coward ways. Again Riona keeps her thoughts to herself shifting into the ring meeting up with Jamie who had cleared his eye and was ready to go head to head with the IC champ. Riona and Flynn circle each other around in the ring before closing in and meeting up. Riona with the strength disadvantage doesn’t play that game but instead stiffs up a knee and arm drags Flynn to the mat holding a stiff armbar submission as follow up. Jamie flows with it moving to his feet, pushing Riona to the ropes and Irish whipping her across the ring. The IC champ rebounds and returns ducking a back elbow attempt and wrapping Flynn in a reverse waist lock. The Championship contender struggles unlocking the fingers before twirling and backing into a hammerlock. Riona moves around the ring a little Extending her arm out to Robinson for a tag while in the submission, however, Rob is off shaking hands of fans at ring side.

Brian: And our boss is making a rare public address, it’s so nice to see that.

John: Yeah, but he is in the middle of a match. And with Rob like this, and Hunter gone who knows where fighting Chamelion, Riona is basically in there alone.

Flynn clubs Riona in the back of her head knocking her forward and moves into a side headlock working the body parts of the female wrestler. Langly woks her way back to a vertical and clubs in her own elbows trying to stagger back Flynn enough to break out of the hold. It works as Langly breaks for the ropes and rebounds off hitting a flying forearm. Riona takes a quick move over to Laz and nails him with an unexpected forearm which provokes the Challenger to speed into the ring, only to be cut off by the ref. Riona smirks returning quickly to Flynn who is half way to his feet, but delivers a punch to push back the IC champ. Riona staggers but comes back with a soccer kick like move-caught. Jamie moves to his feet and smirks at his opponent who only returns the smirk before hitting a ENZUGUR-ducked. Jamie quickly steps over and drops down locking in a STF.

John: Déjà vu of last week Brian, lets see what happens this time around in the exchange.

Brian: yes indeed, can Riona make it to the rope to save it for her team?

Riona struggles trying to take grasp at the ring ropes, but being to far away she is unsuccessful in her attempts. The IC champ lifts her arms up into the air and twitches around-break up! Rob actually gets himself into the ring long enough to break the submission with a cheap shot, running punt. Flynn rolls off Riona and into an assault by rob who stomps away at the contender. The ref quickly directs Rob back to his corner., Rob is not easy to convince as he argues the ref, taking his eye off the game. Flynn is crawling his way to the corner making a hot tag bringing LAZ into the match. The ref turns head with the sound of the crowd catching the tag as Laz dives in and makes a B line to Riona. Rob gets out of the ring now, losing interest as Flynn has himself on the apron.

Jon: And now Laz makes his way into the ring, him and RIona are going to have a quite interesting bout.

Brian: Indeed, lets see what type of defense Riona can bring up against the contender. And in return what type of offence Corey will have on the champ.

Langly is half way to her feet and staggers into the ropes where Laz fires off back elbows dazing the IC champ more so. Langly staggers out of the coner as the IC contender lets up, before driving the face of the champ into the mat with a bulldog. A quick cover receives a quick kick out as Laz makes his way to his feet dragging Riona along with him by the hair. Langly staggers along, soon finding herself on the stinging end of a Chop. Riona staggers back a bit still dazed as she is hit with another. On instinct The IC returns with one of her own, rather lack luster. Laz shrugs it off as he sends in a nice stiff shot. Langly staggers back, the chops seeming to wake her up a bit as she sends in a rather good chop staggering Laz back. The premier attraction takes a moment to regain him self as Riona sends in another chop starting to have a grip on reality now. Laz quickly drops low ducking the chop and coming back up delivering his own chop staggering Riona back.

Brian: Langly and Corey are going back and forth with sharp, vicious chops here.

Jon: Langly started off slow, being hurt from her little round with Flynn right before this, but pulled herself back into it.

LAZ keeps up with the chops pushing Riona against the ropes. The IC contender quickly pulls Riona into an Irish whip tossing her across the ring in a sprint. Langly is more awake at this point as she rebounds herself off the ropes, turning to see Laz ready for a back body. The IC meet’s Laz with a sun set flip, Laz rolls through the pin. Corey push’s himself to his feet and backs up, bouncing off the ropes heading back to Riona. The IC changes position laying flat on her stomach, Laz jumping over and going to rebound off the ropes. Riona shifts again kicking up her two legs hitting a monkey flip on Corey’s return trip. Laz tuck’s his head and manages to land the move, much to the surprise of the fans. Langly, whom seen the landed move, quickly returns to her feet choosing to ignore the feat and grabs laz from behind in a full nelson. Riona’s looking for the detonator, but Laz has it scouted pushing back and ramming Langly into the turnbuckle. Langly lessens her grip allowing Laz to escape the hold.

Jon: And Corey scouts the Detonator and counters out of it. it Looks like the premiere attraction has studied up.

Brian: it was always known Corey was going to a challenge for the IC title, but it’s becoming more obvious as this show goes on.

Corey follows ups up sending in a few rapid body shots, finishing with a knee shot. Wiping his brow Laz takes Riona and lifts her up on his shoulder placing her on the top of the turnbuckle, looking out to the fans who are responding well to the situation. Slowly climbing up the ropes with the IC champ, Riona tries to fend off her attacker with body shots. Laz responds with a head but before grabbing in a suplex. SKY HIGH SUPLEX!~ Riona and Laz bounce off the matting and lay motionless for a moment. Rob and Flynn are egger to enter the ring, reaching out for a tag. Langly starts her way over to her corner inch by inch, Laz is doing the same. Rob is tagged in! Robinsion spurts across the ring trying to grab Laz before the tag but it’s to late and the PWA co-president stops dead in his tracks.

Jon: oh dear, we’re about to see it now, Rob’s got nowhere to run.

Brian: Flynn is loving this, look at the smile on his face.

Rob steps back a moment shifting side to side not knowing what to do now. Flynn makes his step into the ring and Rob pounces attacking with forearms but it is little to no use as Flynn fights back with rapid and furious rights, the fans go wild in response as Rob is knocked for a loop. Jamie is feeding off the momentum bouncing off the ropes for an added momentum lariat. Rob drops to the mat and hold his head as a rather ugly assault is placed on the downed champion. Left, right, knee, knee, knee. Finally Flynn lets off getting back to his feet and dusting himself off, smirking at the dazed and confused world champion. Riona is still woozy and out of the match ont eh apron, giving Rob no escape from the match, only to roll outside the ring and try and get a breather. This proves to eb a fault as Jamie heads tot eh ropes springboarding over and connecting with a picture perfect cross body.

Brian: and Flynn must be enjoying himself here as he takes the fight to The champ.

Jon: I’m sure Flynn has been waiting to get his hands on the champ all night, pay back for all the cheap assaults.

Jamie gets back to his feet with a slight stagger but he’s okay, picking Rob up and smashing his forehead off the barricade, once, twice, three times before rolling him back into the ring. If Phoenix wasn’t roughed up yet, he is now not knowing up from down. Quickly looking down at the knelling champ Flynn uses his back as a launch pad and does a standing shooting star on the back of the super star. Upon hitting the maneuver Flynn motions for the suicide devil’s plancha! Riona, however catches it and rushes into the ring, only to be cut off by Lazarus. They both attack back and forth in the ring with left and rights until Laz clotheslines Riona over the top and to the outside. Rob has no clue what’s going on as Flynn climbs the ropes and waits for the world champion to get to his vertical. Flynn watches carefully as Rob staggers back and forth at his feet. Rob turns, HUNTER PUSHES FLYNN OFF THE TOP ROPE!

Jon: Where did Hunter come from!?

Brian: He snuck back down while everyone was watching Flynn go for the kill!

Jon: Hunter must have hit a killing blow on Chamelion, since he’s not out here yet!

Flynn falls and hits the mat! Staggering back to his feet, Flynn gets up just in time for The Phoenix to grab him and connect with THE FLAME~!

Chamelion slams into the ringside and grabs Phoenix’s foot and rips him off of Flynn!

Brian: Chamelion’s back! He makes the save!

Jon: How did he get down here that fast!!!?

Sullivan sees this and races around the ring, only to get clipped in the jaw with the Sweet Sound of Success! Chamelion slides in fast, jumping up and grinning down at Hunter, who is rolling on his side. Chamelion turns, and finds himself on the receiving end of The Flame by Phoenix!

Brian: Phoenix with revenge on Chamelion for costing him the fall!

Flipping the fallen Chamelion off, Phoenix turns and suddenly gets flipped into the Mercy Killing by a revived Jamie Flynn! The crowd roars loudly as Phoenix struggles fruitlessly in the submission move!

Jon: He’s gotta tap, or he’ll be too hurt for next week! Flynn has it!!!

Riona and Lazarus are too busy outside to see what’s going on, Hunter and Chamelion are both down and Flynn wrenches back on Phoenix’s spine, bending him into an impossible angle. Phoenix lifts his hand, ready to tap, when Flynn is hit by a well placed drop kick by Riona Langly, who somehow got away from Lazarus to make the save. With Flynn down, Riona hooks him up into the pin.

Lazarus dives into Riona, and the two tumble away!

Hunter, back to his feet, crawls in and lays an arm over Flynn.

Again, Chamelion makes the save, ripping Hunter out of the ring. The two trade blows on one side with Riona and Lazarus doing the same on the other. In the ring, Phoenix stumbles to his feet and as Flynn stands, Phoenix goes to hit the Flame, but Flynn ducks behind him, goes for a back suplex. However, Phoenix floats over and lands on his feet. Flynn turns, shocked, and Phoenix boots him in the midsection. Phoenix hits The Flame!!

Jon: It’s OVER!

Brian: No, look!

Phoenix sees everyone tied up, and with an evil look in his eye, to send a message to Flynn, he instead picks up Flynn and raises an arm signaling again!

Jon: Phoenix is signaling for it!

Brian: Here comes the Flame, AGAIN!

Phoenix grins wickedly, and lifts Flynn up, securing him into position for The Flame.

Phoenix falls flat backwards from a perfectly placed Superkick from Chamelion, who out of no where drove his foot between Flynn’s legs right into Phoenix’s jaw. This causes Flynn, nearly unconscious, to land on top of a completely unconscious Phoenix and the ref is right there.

Jon: Flynn scores the pin on Phoenix with an assist by Chamelion!

Brian: Dammit Rob, why did you have to be so cocky!

Eric Emerson: The winners of the match, Chamelion, Corey Lazarus and Jamie Flynn!!

Grinning his Cheshire smile, Chamelion survey’s the situation, of seeing the two men flat out on the canvas. Turning, the smile quickly fades as Chamelion gets blasted by a Viper Snap from Hunter Sullivan!

Jon: And Hunter gets ‘the last word’ sending Chamelion into oblivion!

Brian: Just as he’ll do Sunday at Genesis, you can bet on it!

Riona returns to the ring, having escaped Lazarus and joins Hunter to look at the carnage. Flynn stirs and stands, looking up to see both Hunter and Riona staring at him. Flynn looks down, seeing Chamelion and Phoenix sprawled on the canvas, and watches as Lazarus smartly just backs up the ramp. Riona and Flynn turn, and look intently at each other, with Hunter standing there with them.. the three standing tall, the bosses laid out, and Corey Lazarus knowing when to back away.

Jon: The ramifications of this is staggering. While Hunter and Riona lost, they are champions and standing tall.

Brian: And Flynn has the momentum over Phoenix going into Genesis.

Jon: Which is just seven days away! Everyone, we’ll see you in one week at Genesis: DESTINY!

Brian: Oh, I can’t wait!
