Showtime vs Jack James vs Shadow Starr

#1 Contender for the TV Title

A great match that showed the crowd the hunger many of the talent have for the PWA Television Championship. Jack James and Showtime wrestled the bulk of the match with Shadow Starr, waiting for his opening and nailing the End Game for the win.

The cameras cut backstage, where Corey Lazarus stands in front of a vending machine, pushing the button for a bottle of Mountain Dew. The 10 members of Hollywood Security surround him, and the PWA World title rests calmly over his shoulder.

Lazarus: Hmmm...I wonder if any of the new Dew flavors are any good...besides Code Red, I mean. I know Taco Bell has that awesome Baja Blast, but I think Crow told me that all of the new ones taste like carbonated cough syrup.

Loud footsteps, running ones, are heard, and the members of Hollywood Security tighten their line in front of Corey. An unknown man, possibly a fan, runs onto the screen and attempts to jump over the HS guards. The front guard catches him and throws him down on the floor, and another quickly follows up with a baton shot to the face.

Mystery Man: UGH!

The guard who initially caught him takes out his taser, and quickly zaps the man in the chest as members of Cleveland's finest rush over to the scene. Corey snickers, chuckling a bit to himself, and then unscrews the cap from his Mountain Dew before taking a few sips. He wipes the corners of his mouth with the back of his hand, and then shakes his head.

Lazarus: C'mon, dude! If even a bunch of men whose JOB is to kick the shit out of each other can't get past these guys, then why the motherFUCK would you think you would?

Corey laughs again, shrugging his shoulders. The cameras cut back to ringside.

Malicious vs Kyle Stevenson

A slow build almost lost the crowd, but changed as soon as both wrestlers spilled to the outside of the ring. Once things got back into the ring, it was Kyle got the win by catching Malicious on his shoulders and nailing the Lights Out.

Matthew Engel vs Hunter Sullivan

This match was a vicious one that saw Engel and Sullivan showing off some very ruthless moves in order to get the win. Engel showed a vicious streak by targeting Hunter’s back with a variety of backbreakers causing Sullivan to rally of a lot of defensive move in order to stay in the match. Out of nowhere, Sullivan puts Engel in a small package for the win.

WINNER: Hunter Sullivan

Pohatu vs Aeolus Wrath

Television Title Match

The opening riffs of "Code Of Energy" by Papa Roach blare over the PA system, a single spotlight seen at the top of the ramp. It continues and from the back emerges Aeolus Wrath in his black and purple windbreaker hood and matching windbreaker pants, his hands and wrists taped up for combat. He walks solemnly down the ramp to the ring, stopping once to look side to side at the crowd, as they boo him, a sly grin forming on his face.

Introducing first…from Somerset, Bermuda….

He climbs onto the apron of the ring and scales a turnbuckle, tossing back his hood to reveal his jet black hair almost combed down over his eyes. He bumps his fists together and does a moonsault. When he lands, white pyros scream and explode from all four posts in the ring. His music dies down, as he removes his windbreaker and kicks it to the side, throwing some shadow punches and kicks in his corner.

The lights dim in the arena as the words "The Whole Canuckin' Show" appears on the screen. Red and White pyro explode as Rev Theory's "Voices" begins to play.

“I hear voices in my head
The council me
They understand
They talk me”

Out walks Eli Storm. Storm is wearing a Black Armani suit with a white button up shirt, with the top button undone. Storm pauses at the top of the rampway and scans the crowd before making his way down the walkway. Storm walks up the ring steps and through the ropes. The two old “friends” stare at each other for a moment. Eli grins and calls for a mic.

Storm: You know, Aeolus…I was in the back going through the clearance papers for this week and it seems as if yours aren’t in the pile. Now as a member of the company’s management, I can’t allow you in the ring if the doctors haven’t cleared you from your injury to wrestle.

Wrath shakes his head as he steps closer to Storm. You can see him mouth the words “What injury?”. Suddenly he is spun around by Viktor Stone, who has come in through the crowd. Wrath is suddenly face to face with the man he had a match with last week and is being peppered with lefts and rights that are rocking him back into the corner.

Wrath swings wildly and Stone nails a kick to the midsection and hooks him up for a suplex. Stone lifts Wrath up and brings him down chest first on top of the ringpost. The crowd winces as they watch the contact. Stone grabs Wrath and tosses him back onto the ring mat. He looks at Storm and mouths the words. “On to Rampage.”

As Wrath lays twitching in the ring, we hear the music for Pohatu begins. The TV champ makes his way down to the ring and stares at the body of Aeolus for a moment. He looks around calling for the ref to get back into the ring. He hands the title to the ringhand as he goes and drops down for the pin.

WINNER: Pohatu

The scene slowly fades as Pohatu grabs the TV title and makes his way back to the ring.
